My name is Kaitlyn Steffen, and I am a Research Assistant in the Exercise Oncology Clinic. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and a minor in Psychology. I developed an interest in exercise oncology and behavior change interventions as an undergraduate and have greatly enjoyed expanding my knowledge on the subject! In the future, I plan on applying to medical school and hope to utilize my experience working with cancer survivors throughout my career!
